BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Police have made an arrest following a shooting that happened Tuesday night.
The suspect, 28-year-old Hady Rivera of Buffalo, has been charged with first-degree assault and second-degree criminal possession. She was arrested by the Gun Violence Unit detectives.
The shooting happened around 9 p.m. near Hudson Street and Niagara Street.
A 20-year-old man was shot and transported to Erie County Medical Center to be treated for injuries. He is in critical condition, according to police.
