BUFFALO, N.Y. — Software developer Odoo has acquired seven floors at 40 Fountain Plaza in downtown Buffalo and will put its name on the building in a deal with the state that will see the company's local headcount swell to more than 500.
The company's affiliate, Anthill US Inc., acquired the property from the state's Fort Schuyler Management Corp. in two $1 transactions, according to deeds filed with the Erie County Clerk's Office.
Odoo and the state have been in talks since March, according to Nicholas Kosinski, managing director of Odoo East.
