Tony Trusso buys Lockport's Ulrich City Centre from Sinatra & Co.

LOCKPORT, N.Y. — One of downtown Lockport’s signature commercial addresses has been acquired by Buffalo real estate investor Tony Trusso.

Trusso acquired the Ulrich City Centre complex – a 38,000-square-foot building along Main and Walnut streets — from Nick Sinatra of Sinatra & Co. Real Estate.

Trusso paid $2.17 million for the complex, according to Niagara County records.
