NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A second area golf club owned by an Arizona-based course management firm has been sold.
And a third course owned by the firm may soon also find a new owner.
North Tonawanda's Tan Tara Golf Club has been acquired by Pendleton Creek LLC, made up of a group of members from the club, for $760,000, according to documents filed in the Niagara County Clerk’s office. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
