BUFFALO, N.Y. — Nick Sinatra is taking the former Casa di Pizza building on Elmwood Avenue back to its roots.
Sinatra said he will renovate the second story of the former Casa di Pizza building at 477 Elmwood Ave. into four market-rate apartments, split between a pair of two-bedroom and two one-bedroom units. The building’s first floor is being marketed for a restaurant or retail operator.
“It makes sense to bring apartments back to the upper floor,” Sinatra said.
