EAST AURORA, N.Y. — A new Italian bistro is brewing in East Aurora.
Mario Marrazzo is working to open Mario’s Bistro & Brews at 1342 Quaker Road, site of the former Aurora Country Store. Operating with casual counter service and takeout, the bistro will have seating for about 45.
Plans call for starting with breakfast from 6 to 11 a.m. in June, lunch service starting in July followed by dinner by fall.
