West Herr buys Clarence motel for $1.8M, plans demolition

CLARENCE CENTER, N.Y. — West Herr Auto Group has acquired the Budget Inn motel in Clarence, with plans to knock it down to create a car storage lot.

West Herr, through its affiliate WHAG Properties VII LLC, purchased 8255 Main St., Clarence for $1.8 million. The seller was Shriji Swami LLC, of Williamsville.

The hotel is next to MINI of Buffalo and BMW of Buffalo, two West-Herr owned dealerships that share a property at 8215 Main St.
