TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Kenmore restaurant is teaming up with a food truck/catering operator to take over concessions at three Town of Tonawanda locations.
Mike’s Subs Express has a new three-year contract to provide food and beverages at the Sheridan Park Golf Course and Brighton Park Golf Course starting this week. Service will begin at the new Paddock Chevrolet Ice Arena in late summer.
BAM Food Services LLC is a partnership between Bob Bolt, owner of Mike’s Subs on Delaware Avenue, and Mike Mendola, who runs the Carnivorous food truck and the Nine’s Foodservice business.
