BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Niagara Falls franchisee will be the first to serve alcohol at a Spot Coffee.
MGNP Enterprises LLC has filed for a liquor license to offer beer and wine from the site at 24 Buffalo Ave., located inside the Niagara Club building directly across from Niagara Falls State Park.

The franchise is owned by Matt Green and Nirel Patel, who together with his family operate the recently reopened Seva Kitchen and Bar, the Cadence Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott in Niagara Falls through their Rupal Hospitality.
