NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — Marrano Homes is getting ready to build its first housing community in North Tonawanda.
The company last week paid $2.9 million to acquire vacant residential land off Sweeney Street.
The first phase of the Bush Meadows project is made up of 30 home sites. It will feature a variety of designs, including ranch and two-story layouts.
