BUFFALO, N.Y. — Resurgence Brewing Co. and Nick Charlap's Ice Cream are expanding with a presence this summer at Canalside.
The Buffalo-based craft brewery is taking over concessions space where Clinton’s Dish has operated for the past 13 years, while Nick Charlap's will offer its ice cream from a shipping container further down the boardwalk in the beer garden space.
Canalside and the Outer Harbor areas of the Buffalo waterfront are managed by Be Our Guest Ltd., doing business as Rich Entertainment Group, which won an $11 million, seven-year contract last fall with Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. to continue operations and management, including hospitality, programming, marketing as well as food and beverage on the waterfront.
