BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new Sicilian-style Italian restaurant is coming to Genesee Street.
Blue Cave has signed a lease with Signature Development of WNY for 128 Genesee St. in the space vacated by Casa Azul, which moved to Allen Street.
Owner/Chef Mario Bianca, a Sicilian native, says he’ll focus more on European and contemporary Italian cuisine. Think beef Wellington, short ribs, scallops with risotto and calamari plus appetizers and seasonal menu changes.
