ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Bills head coach Sean McDermott spoke to the media Monday after returning to Orchard Park from a 29-25 loss in Foxborough to the Patriots.

McDermott said that tight end Dawson Knox will require wrist surgery. A timeline of when and how long he will be out was not given.

McDermott also says linebacker Baylon Spector is dealing with a hamstring injury.

Knox had one reception (10 yards) on three receiving targets, earning himself a receiving first down during Sunday's game. However, the Bills tight end has also struggled with drops in recent weeks, and has been dealing with the wrist injury since the team's loss to the Jaguars in London, appearing on the injury report the past two weeks.

We will continue to bring you updates as they become available.
