BUFFALO, N.Y. — An overturned garbage truck is causing a traffic delay on the Oak Street ramp to 190 South.
New York State Police said that there was a minor injury because of the accident. The southbound ramp at exit 6 is completely blocked. Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.
