Industrial accident sends two to the hospital with steam burns

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two employees at Niagara Lubricant are being treated for steam burns after a workplace accident Thursday morning.

Buffalo Fire officials say they were called to the East Delavan Avenue plant shortly before 10 a.m. The two workers were injured while in the process of mixing a solution.

Both were taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of burns to various parts of their bodies.
