BUFFALO, NY - The spirit of giving was working its magic Tuesday at Riverworks, as local Ford dealers teamed up to donate new vans to nonprofits around Western New York.
The Boys and Girls Club of Elma, Marilla, and Wales, received new vans, as did the Hospice Foundation of Western New York.
The folks at hospice told us what a big impact it's going to make for their patients.
"Many of our patients are homebound," said President of the Hospice Foundation of WNY, Patrick Flynn. "So this is an opportunity to get them out shopping and socializing and get them to clinics and visits that they need, doctor visits, things like that. Anything that we can do to improve the quality of their life is to the good."

Hospice employees adopted after she got a cancer diagnosis, and she's become somewhat of a favorite there!
