Erie County Sheriff's Office Cancels Silver Alert

ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. — UPDATE: The Erie County Sheriff's Office has canceled the silver alert for Richard Inglut. Inglut was found by Pennsylvania State Police, near Pittsburgh.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a missing 66-year old.

Deputies say Richard W. Inglut from Gowanda had left his residence to visit family in Virginia, but never arrived. His family says they last talked with him around 8:30 Saturday Morning. Inglu says he was on the I-95, but didn't know where or what town. 

He is driving a 2019 Blue Ford Ranger, with New York Plates KRY-8410

Inglut has a history of going missing and suffers from early stage Alzheimer’s Disease. 

Richard Inglut is approximately 5’ 8”, 130 lbs., with gray hair, and was last wearing a long sleeve gray shirt and sweatpants.
