Concertgoers Use Ride-sharing Services

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Rockin' at the Knox concert at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery Thursday night was the perfect opportunity for some people to try out ride-sharing services on their first full day of operation in Western New York.

"We Ubered in from Getzville. We're really excited. One of the main reasons why we came to the concert was to take our first Uber in Buffalo. We take Uber all over the world. This is our first trip here, and we're really excited," said Greg Bacorn of Getzville.

Candace Hauck grabbed a Lyft in Lancaster. She said it was at her house in about two minutes. Getting a ride to the concert meant no stress on a night out.

"First of all, you don't have to worry about parking. You don't have to worry about drinking. Pretty much everything is taken away. All the burdens just fly away," said Hauck.
