Mandatory face masks to be worn in Town of Tonawanda-owned buildings

Town officials say it will take effect Monday, November 22 in an effort to protect residents and employees.

TONAWANDA, N.Y. — You'll need to wear a mask starting Monday if you have any business to conduct with the Town of Tonawanda.

In a tweet Friday, the town announced its reinstating its mandatory mask policy for all town-owned facilities effective November 22.

Town officials say its an effort to protect residents and town employees and applies whether or not you are vaccinated.
