GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery on Grand Island.
The incident happened just after 8 p.m. Wednesday at the 7/11 store on Love Road.
Detectives say the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cashier.
They say the cashier handed over an undetermined amount of money to the suspect, who then left the store.
Investigators are looking through the surveillance video, but they are also looking for anyone they may have been in the store at the time of the robbery or has information related to the incident. You are asked to call 716-858-2903 and refer to CL# 20-000171.
