BUFFALO, N.Y. — One person is in custody after a stabbing that happened Thursday afternoon in the City of Buffalo.
The stabbing happened shortly before 2 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Carolina Street, near Niagara Street. That is where a Buffalo Police spokesperson said one male stabbed another male.
No ages were provided by police, who on Friday confirmed that a machete was used in the attack.
One person was arrested in connection to the stabbing, according to Buffalo Police, who added that the victim's injuries were not considered life-threatening. Buffalo Police have not shared any other details about a possible motive.
