FREDONIA, N.Y. — The U.S. Attorney's Office in Buffalo says a Fredonia man is accused of producing child pornography.
Dustin Post, 24, is charged with production of child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, State Police received a complaint from a parent in August.
The parent's eight-year old child told investigators Post took her to his house, blindfolded her, and sexually abused her in the summer of 2018. It's also alleged Post showed the victim pictures of other children.
The girl told investigators he likely video-recorded the abuse.
The complaint also alleges that Post video-recorded his abuse of a 12-year-old girl and received images of an 11-year-old girl via Snapchat.
He was arrested early this month and investigators removed a cellular phone, a laptop computer, and four flash drives from his home.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says an initial review of that evidence recovered multiple images and videos of suspected child pornography.
