BUFFALO, N.Y. — According to Buffalo Police officials a 42-year-old Buffalo man was fatally shot overnight on the 3200 block of Main Street in the City of Buffalo.
Police investigating the incident reported that the victim had arrived to ECMC just after 2:30 a.m. in a civilians vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim who has been identified Darius Spates of Buffalo was reported to have died later that morning at the hospital.
