BUFFALO, N.Y. — With B Sweet Designs slated to open in mid-February in the Larkin District, Marisa Battaglia has high hopes for the opening of the first brick-and-mortar space for her business.
B Sweet Designs offers cake and boutique dessert design services in tandem with a slate of cake artists and bakeries across the region. The storefront on Seneca will provide consultation space, as well as a tasting room and bar for popups and private client events.
The company is opening a 730-square-foot shop in Millrace Commons at 799 Seneca St., where she’ll share a building with Chef Darien Bryan’s Plating Society, Magic Bear Beer, Toasted and Blue Table Chocolates, as well as Meet & Eat Charcuterie, which is building a new space set to open by late February.
