WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Since business owner Anna Mullett opened her lifestyle boutique with a cocktail bar in July 2023, she’s had about 17 inquiries from developers and property owners about opening another location.
Those requests came from up and down the east coast, from Ohio and Pennsylvania to Florida.
But none of them felt right, until a Rochester-area opportunity came up.
