BUFFALO, N.Y. — A popular cocktail bar and restaurant in downtown buffalo is closed for good.
The Buffalo Proper located at the corner of Franklin and West Tupper has closed its doors. The Buffalo News reports that it's because of financial issues. The restaurant served its last meal on Saturday night.
Buffalo Proper thanked its customers on its Facebook page.
It was open for five years.
