BUFFALO, N.Y. — Traffic is backed up on the westbound Kensington Expressway at the 198 due to a tanker truck rollover.
The accident happened on the 33WB ramp to the 198WB. The truck is covering both lanes.
The ramp is closed until crews can remove the truck. It's unknown if anyone was hurt.
