BUFFALO, N.Y. - Tuesday the Buffalo Sabres announced they've signed defenseman Mark Pysyk to a two-year contract.
In the past three seasons, Pysyk has gotten a taste of the NHL. He has played 70 career NHL games with the Sabres. In that time, he's recorded 15 points on four goals and eleven assists.
He also spent time in the AHL with the Rochester Americans and tallied 47 points on eight goals and 39 assists in 142 games.
Pysyk was the Sabres' first round pick (23rd overall) in the 2010 NHL Draft.
