ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Buffalo Bills have retained one of their young edge rushers through at least the 2025 season, the team announced on Monday.

Bills defensive end Greg Rousseau was the 30th overall pick out of the University of Miami in the 2021 NFL draft. He is now set to make a projected $13.4 million dollars guaranteed on the final year of his rookie contract.

In his 46 games played as a Buffalo Bill, the 24-year-old has recorded just 17 sacks, 30 tackles for loss and 42 quarterback hits.

The deadline to exercise the fifth-year-option for the class of 2021 is set for Thursday, May 2.
