New auction date set for Hoskins house, horse farm

The foreclosure is the latest chapter in the legal saga focusing on Hoskins, who saw the SPCA Serving Erie County seize more than 70 horses in 2010.
Beth Hoskins, seen here in a previous court appearance, avoided jail time Thursday but was ordered to pay $52,000 in a civil judgment.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the third time this year, a court-ordered foreclosure sale has been scheduled for the East Aurora residence and horse farm owned by Beth Lynne Hoskins.

The twice-postponed foreclosure action, set by Erie County Supreme Court, is now set for 2 p.m., Dec. 12 in the Erie County Hall foreclosure alcove. For more on this story, please visit the Buffalo Business First website.
