NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — The Niagara County Sheriff shared in a social media post on Wednesday that they have noticed an increase in suspicious activity along the Niagara river, and Lake Ontario
Because of this they have increased patrols throughout the area, and are also encouraging residents to be vigilant. If anyone sees suspicious activity they are asked to immediately report it by contacting the US Border Patrol Buffalo Sector.
People can contact them using the citizens tip line at 1-800-331-0353 or 911 in the case of an emergency.
