NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y.-- Three times since the start of 2018, 2 On Your Side has pressed the Niagara Falls Water Board about dozens of fire hydrants in the city that just didn't work.
The board now says as of Monday, that it has fixed more than 160 of the 166 that were broken. New hydrants are also color-coded to correspond to its gallons-per-minute.
