On Wednesday morning, Mayor Byron Brown, Masten District Council Member Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr. and Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron C. Lockwood kicked off another season of "Clean Sweep," the city's annual neighborhood improvement program.

The effort brings together dozens of city services, community agencies, and public and private partners.
