Expect traffic changes for the Luke Combs concerts at Highmark Stadium

The country music star will be doing a show on Friday and another show on Saturday.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — If you're headed to the Luke Combs concerts this weekend at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, be prepared to deal with some traffic changes.

The country music star will bring his Growin' Up and Gettin' Old Tour to the stadium on Friday and another show on Saturday. Combs was recently nominated for eight Academy of County Music awards.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office says the traffic pattern will be similar to Bills' game days. However, Lot 3 is now officially closed off to parking.

The section of Abbott Road in front of the stadium closes to north and southbound traffic at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 19.

Parking lots will open at 3 p.m. and gates open at 5 p.m.  Reminder, parking lot 3 is closed.  There are multiple acts expected to perform prior to Combs taking the stage at 9 p.m.  The first support act is expected to begin around 5:40 p.m. Parking lots will close at 1am.

For Saturday, April 20, the section of Abbott Road in front of the stadium closes to north and southbound traffic at 1 p.m.

Early parking lots open at 1 p.m. and gates open at 2 p.m. for those attending the Bootlegger's Tailgate Party Concert at 3 p.m. You must  have a ticket for that event. Again, parking at lot 3 is closed.

Remaining parking lots will open at 3 p.m. with gates opening at 5 p.m. after the tailgate party ends. The first support act begins around 5:40 p.m. with Luke Combs taking the stage at 9 p.m.

Prior to the conclusion of both concerts, Route 20A from Fieldhouse Drive will be two-lanes, one-way traffic headed eastbound away from the stadium. Any vehicles parked west of Fieldhouse Drive must travel westbound.

Parking lots will close at 12:50 a.m.
