Fourteen local Speedway sites are getting a new owner.

CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL) of Allentown, Pennsylvania, is buying 106 convenience store locations from 7-Eleven, including 14 local Speedway spots, for about $263 million, according to a press release.

The local sites will be rebranded as Joe’s Kwik Mart locations. Joe’s Kwik Mart, a CrossAmerica proprietary company, provides branded fuel, food and convenience store services and car-wash operations, according to its website.
