BUFFALO, NY- A restaurateur and local developer want to turn an abandoned restaurant into a food experience unlike any in Buffalo.
Paul Tsouflidis and Nick Sinatra have plans to renovate the former Perfetto restaurant space into a full fledged food market featuring different concepts.
Tsouflidis wants the new space to be more than a just a food court.
"[It will be] a really nicely designed one, with concepts that are planned out with people from local area, no franchises, all local chefs," Tsouflidis said.
The two say that between added jobs and the reopening of cars to Main Street, the area has seen an increase in foot traffic.
