BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Fire Department said a fire broke out at a home overnight.
Crews were called out to a home on West Avenue just after 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
BFD said the fire started on the first floor home and damage is estimated at $115,000. Officials also said that another home suffered exposure damage on Auburn Avenue resulting in $10,000.
The Red Cross is assisting five people, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
