BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo Police officer who was being treated for injuries suffered when he was hit by a car Thursday afternoon has been released from the hospital.
Buffalo Police say the incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. at Midland St. and McKinley Parkway in South Buffalo.
Police say the office was struck while he was outside of his patrol car directing traffic as a result of an earlier accident.
