BUFFALO, N.Y.-- A suspect is now in custody in connection to a fatal shooting on the city's East Side.
Police say a man was shot around 8 p.m. on Warring Avenue near Antwerp Street. The victim died at the scene. He has not been identified at this time.
Frank Nelson, 36, was arrested shortly after and is charged with weapons possession in the case.
