Crosby's presents donation to Patricia Allen Fund at Oishei Children's Hospital

The money was raised through different campaigns, including The Mafia Pizza, where 17 cents from every slice purchased would be donated.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Patricia Allen Fund at Oishei Children's Hospital received a sizable donation on Friday.

Crosby's and Reid Petroleum Corp. presented a check of more than $91,000 to the children's hospital, and it will go directly to the Patricia Allen Fund.

The money was raised through different campaigns, including The Mafia Pizza, where 17 cents from every slice purchased would be donated.

"This donation of $91,000 represents more than a monetary figure," Lenny Smith, vice president and general manager of Crosby's, said during a Friday ceremony. "It symbolizes the collective generosity and compassion of our customers, and associates, and all of our stakeholders.

"It is a testament of the unwavering support and unity of the community coming together to ensure children facing medical challenges receive the care and support needed to thrive."

Crosby's says it plans to work with Oishei Children's Hospital in the future.
