OLEAN, N.Y. — The City of Olean Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying a suspect seen in videos spray painting Nazi symbols and vandalizing the U.S. military recruiter's office in Olean and the Olean Public Library.
Police say the vandal did this Monday evening sometime after 9 p.m.
