New charges filed surrounding the Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club case

In new court documents, the FBI accuses Jessica Leyland of threatening a witness to delay testimony against Pharaoh's owner Peter Gerace.

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — New charges were filed connecting to the years-long case involving the Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club in Western New York.

The ongoing investigation alleges that sex trafficking, political corruption, and other crimes were happening at the nightclub which sparked an investigation and additional charges against more people.

In new court documents, the FBI accuses Jessica Leyland of threatening a witness to delay testimony against Pharaoh's owner Peter Gerace. 

Leyland is also accused of distributing cocaine at the club during parties.

Officials said that investigation has established Leyland is a longtime and loyal friend of Peter Gerace and a former employee at Pharaoh's.

Gerace was arrested in 2021 and faces bribery, drug trafficking, and witness tampering charges.
