BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A man is in serious condition at ECMC after he was shot on Kermit Avenue Monday afternoon.
Police say the shooting happened around 2 p.m in the first block of Kermit Ave.
A 29-year-old man from Cheektowaga was taken to ECMC by private vehicle with injuries that appear serious in nature. Police have not released the name of the victim.
