JAMESTOWN, NY-- A Jamestown man is charged with murder following a shooting Tuesday morning.
Police say the shooting happened at 114 Livingston Avenue just before 9am.
The victim, William "Billy" J. Michishima, 30, was taken to the hospital, but was removed from live support Wednesday afternoon.
Michishima's family shared this picture of him.
The suspect, David Waggoner, was taken into custody at the scene. He is charged with murder in the 2nd degree.
A motive for the shooting has not been released.
