BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two people were arrested in connection to a shots-fired call that happened Saturday night in the City of Buffalo.

Jayvin Romero, 19, of Buffalo and Lloyd Greaves, 23, of The Bronx, were both charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a weapon.

Buffalo Police were called around 8 p.m. Saturday to Agassiz Circle for a report of a shooting, near the 198 and Parkside Avenue. No evidence of a shooting was found, but officers later discovered a vehicle with bullet holes and shell casings in and around the vehicle, found in a Delaware Park lot near Parkside Avenue.

Police spotted a weapon inside the vehicle. The two men who spoke with police on Agassiz Circle were also occupants of the vehicle, police said. The men were arrested, and the gun — an unloaded Taurus G2S semi automatic handgun — was confiscated by police.

An investigation is ongoing.
