Local politicians and activists are calling on New Era to keep jobs local.
A rally is being held at 3pm Wednesday outside the Derby plant.
The rally comes after the company announced it is closing its plant in Derby in March, causing 200 people to lose their jobs.
Erie County executive Mark Poloncarz along with Assemblyman Sean Ryan will be there along with labor federation members
