BUFFALO, N.Y. — A company owned by developer Douglas Jemal has purchased two properties on Niagara Street adjacent to the historic Curtiss Malt House, which the company acquired last year.

Jemal's Curtis Malting LLC paid $425,000 to buy 1106 and 1110 Niagara St. from 1110 Niagara Street II LLC, according to documents filed Thursday with the Erie County Clerk's office.

The seller is a subsidiary of investor William Breeser's Breezer Developments and has owned both lots since 2015.
