BUFFALO, N.Y. — A limited liability company with a One Bills Drive address recently bought an Orchard Park home for over $1 million.
Kastle Family Trust Trustee Joseph Kovacevic III sold 57 Grand View Trail for $1.65 million to Boniello LLC, according to April 1 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
Boniello LLC’s address is listed in the filings as One Bills Drive.
The property sold less than 9 months ago for $1.5 million, Business First previously reported. Pamela and Richard Alan Melms sold the single-family home in July 2023 to Kastle Family Trust.
