WEST SENECA, N.Y. — Vascular Associates of Western New York will move offices into a former Aldi store in West Seneca.
VA WNY Real Estate, a Vascular Associates affiliate, purchased the building at 1900 Ridge Road from Aldi for $1 million.
Dr. William Bevilacqua said the medical office leases its current space at 3041 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park, and was looking for a building to own. Bevilacqua Development – the real estate company led by Jonathan Bevilacqua, William's cousin – will manage renovations, turning the former grocery store into a medical facility.
