Buffalo distillery to close production site at 500 Seneca

Meantime, Tommyrotter is selling off its bourbon and whiskey inventory at reduced pricing.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Tommyrotter Distillery will close at 500 Seneca, Buffalo, later this month, but plans to continue producing its signature gin products elsewhere.

The company, founded in 2015, announced Jan. 10 the production facility will close by Jan. 31 as it shuts down production of bourbon and whiskey products.

The decision follows a distribution deal signed in 2021 that was intended to help the company expand into more than a dozen states.
